Weight loss (kilos or stones) is really difficult. Keeping the weight off is even more difficult, even for long distance runners and vegan athletes. In my own experience, the only time I have successfully dropped significant weight running is when I am marathon training – It came down to the distances. Diet was only secondary. It today’s livestream, I review several observations from my own weight loss ups and downs as a vegan athlete. I also suggest a few approaches to consider if your goal is to lose weight and keep it off.
