Join the conversation today as we venture a rather controversial topic. All vegans, at one time or another, struggle to maintain a vegan diet. I have shared my own struggles on the Finding My Psych Podcast. Nevertheless, I hold to my plant-based lifestyle knowing that it is a journey, not of perfection, but personal growth.
We are delighted to have Liz Garrett joining the livestream today to discuss her own views as a long time wellness advocate and vegan activist. Liz, a vegan for more than 15 years, continues to advocate for animals. She is a long time runner training for her first marathon as a plant-based athlete. I have looked up to Liz and her example since we met over a decade ago in Alaska.
