We look forward to 2022, knowing that in order to make it everything we want, requires us to establish hope as a practice, not something that happens to us. Adjusting our attention away from news headlines, unproductive conversations, and negative self-talk is key to emotional wellbeing.
Designing 2022 As Yours
If you want 2022 to be better than 2021, take ownership for the outcome. At the turn of every year, we quickly get trapped into setting self-serving goals focused on weight loss, recovering from dept, etc. We encourage you to look inward for 2022.
Knowing that the pandemic will be a reality for many months to come, you can no longer wait for what is outside of you to improve what lies within. Start with implementing hope as a practice. Don’t wait for events to spark hope, be the spark.
Join The Foundations Workshop
Finding My Psych offers three core services focused on promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. We offer a space to learn tools designed to help you navigate your self-directed lifestyle transformation experience. Each service provides you an opportunity to engage directly with a Finding My Psych team member in an online group setting over the course of several weeks.
In the Foundations: Wellness Planning Workshop, we provide the building blocks needed to map your wellness journey. You will be guided step-by-step through the CHANGES Model, a biopsychosoical-spiritual framework that you will use to map your current situation and the pathway forward. We will also discuss the importance of hope as a daily practice through focusing our attention on what matters most. Learn more on our Foundations service page.
