Setting Goals

Welcome to Finding My Psych as we go live. We promote wellness through evidence-based clinical practice and research in Health Psychology and Behavioural Medicine. For our first livestream ever on YouTube, we review how to master goal setting using the SMART method. We are using this opportunity to test out our livestream setup using Ecamm Live. We look forward to your feedback live and hope to see you in an upcoming livestream.

Meditation is a great way to manage anxiety and stress. Using SMART goal setting can help you stay on track and provides you a way to measure effectiveness. There are many ways to set goals, even apps you can buy to track streaks. However, I have never found a method as accessible and easy to follow as the SMART method.

Finding My Psych offers three core services focused on promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.  Each of our Core Services offered cost a low one time fee due at registration. Where qualified, fees can be waved by reaching out to our support team.  Registration begins in Spring of 2023 for the following space limited cohorts:
